Nurse Care Specialist

At Ark Behavioral Health, we are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at our Bedrock Recovery Center in Canton, MA. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will provide quality care to clients based on individualized needs, adhering to established standards and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to clients, including administering medications and treatments, and documenting patient information in our EMR system.
- Observe and evaluate client physical and emotional status, taking action as necessary.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure and CPR certification.
- 1+ year of experience as a staff nurse, preferably in a substance use treatment setting.
- Knowledge of addiction issues, 12-Step Recovery Program, and emergency procedures.
