Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Technician to join our team at ATI Inc. as a Maintenance Specialist. As a Facilities Worker, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities' HVAC systems and associated equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • System Maintenance: Perform routine checks on HVAC systems, safety controls, and adjust operating sequences as needed.
  • Electrical Work: Inspect electrical components and connections, and repair or replace as required.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure proper airflow, change dirty air filters, inspect pumps, lubricate, and check flow rates.
  • Diagnostic Work: Diagnose causes of problems and/or failures in HVAC and electrical systems to identify repair and/or replacement needs.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of five years relevant HVAC and associated equipment experience.
  • Certifications: HVAC mechanic and EPA Universal Refrigerant certifications.
  • Clearance: Current SECRET clearance or an acceptable background history to acquire such a clearance in a timely manner.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of methods of maintenance and repair of skill and technical areas such as electricity, carpentry, HVAC, and plumbing.
  • General Knowledge: General knowledge of building construction/repair with considerable skill related to commercial plumbing fixtures, systems, and their associated delivery methods.
