Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity in the warehouse.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and recorded.
  • Coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Ensure that all warehouse activities are carried out in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all warehouse operations are aligned with business objectives.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; one to two years of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
  • Forklift certification may be required.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds frequently.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
