Job Overview
This role involves providing compassionate care to patients suffering from end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease. As a Critical Care Nephrology Nurse at DaVita, you will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to deliver specialized nephrology treatments such as Hemodialysis and oversee patient observations in a dynamic clinical environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care while fostering a supportive and positive atmosphere
- Work daily in a hospital setting to deliver dialysis to patients at a contracted healthcare system
- Provide lifesaving care during regularly scheduled and on-call shifts
- Coverage for Mount Auburn Hospital and Cambridge Health Alliance (Cambridge and Everett)
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree
