Inventory Management Specialist

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Management Specialist to oversee the accuracy of our store's inventory. This role involves managing department inventory by maintaining accurate cycle counts and communicating effectively with department, store, and office managers regarding count accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inventory levels by conducting routine cycle counts in specific departments
  • Research and resolve inventory discrepancies with department and receiving managers
  • Communicate regularly with department, store, and office managers on count accuracy
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Store Manager or management team
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work closely with co-workers and management
  • High school diploma or high school equivalency diploma
  • Sales training provided by Sportsman's Warehouse
Work Environment:

This position requires sitting, standing, lifting, and repetitive motions for extended periods. Regular travel is not required.

Compensation:

The estimated salary range for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
