**Key Responsibilities**- Provide individual and group counseling sessions to clients with substance abuse issues.
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
- Conduct intake assessments and gather client information.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless care and treatment.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a mental/behavioral health setting.
- LCDC II or CDCA certification required.
- Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) training and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
