Job Overview

The successful candidate will possess substantial expertise in SharePoint versions 2013, 2016, and 2019, and will be tasked with the ongoing enhancement of the organization's KM systems by integrating innovative methodologies, best practices, and cutting-edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • KM Strategy Development: Assess the KM requirements of the organization, formulate a comprehensive data management strategy, present the strategy to leadership, and create an intuitive SharePoint environment for information access.
  • System Enhancement: Conduct continuous analysis and refinement of the KM system, applying modern methodologies, best practices, and the latest technologies to foster effective knowledge sharing and management.
  • SharePoint Oversight: Leverage extensive experience with SharePoint 2013, 2016, and 2019 to oversee, maintain, and advance the KM environment.
  • User Support: Deliver Level I support to users, ensuring they have the necessary resources and assistance to utilize the KM systems effectively.
  • Data Organization: Implement Level II data management protocols, ensuring information is accurately stored, organized, and readily accessible.
  • Documentation: Create clear and concise documentation to support the KM system, including user manuals, process documentation, and training resources.
  • Web Interface Development: Utilize web development skills to enhance the SharePoint environment, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly interface.
Qualifications
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Management, or a related field.
    • OR a Master's degree with five (5) years of relevant experience, including one (1) year of specialized experience.
    • OR ten (10) years of relevant experience, with at least eight (8) years of specialized experience (degree not required).
  • Technical Proficiencies:
    • Microsoft SharePoint 2013: 8 years of hands-on experience.
    • Microsoft SharePoint 2016: 5 years of hands-on experience.
    • Microsoft SharePoint 2019: 2 years of hands-on experience.
    • Customer Support: 3 years of hands-on experience.
    • Data Management: 2 years of hands-on experience.
    • Technical Writing: 2 years of hands-on experience.
    • Web Development: 2 years of hands-on experience.
  • Clearance Requirement: An active Secret Clearance is mandatory for this role.
