About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Associate to join our team at Mohegan. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our guests and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness of all areas of the facility, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting
  • Collect and recycle trash and recyclables
  • Perform routine repairs, painting, and maintenance activities
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms
  • Communicate inventory supply status to management
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks
  • Operate the dish machine
  • Report any observed security, environmental, and health and safety concerns

Requirements:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred.
