Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement processes for monitoring diagnostics and system repairs, ensuring compliance with current manufacturer specifications.
  • Follow manufacturer guidelines to maintain vehicle systems and uphold customer satisfaction.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks as necessary, including fluid checks, tire rotations, brake pad replacements, and oil changes.
  • Effectively communicate automotive repair issues and necessary solutions to both customers and fellow technicians.
  • Utilize diagnostic equipment to accurately assess the causes of malfunction codes within the vehicle's integrated computer system.

Qualifications:
  • Preferred certifications include Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) or Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE).
  • A GED or high school diploma is required.
  • Completion of a post-secondary training program in automotive service technology is essential; an associate degree is a plus.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills are mandatory.

Compensation: $70,000+ yearly
