Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Ultrasound Specialist to join our team at Presbyterian Hospital in Albuquerque, New Mexico. As a key member of our clinical care team, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic ultrasound exams to aid in the evaluation and treatment of patients.

Responsibilities
  • Perform high-quality ultrasound exams to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients
  • Collaborate with attending physicians to ensure accurate and effective care
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of ultrasound technology and its applications
  • Provide exceptional patient care and communication
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of radiology ultrasound-specific college coursework or an Associate's degree
  • ARDMS certification within one year of hire
  • New Mexico State Licensure (DMS-NM) under the New Mexico Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy Program
  • Current BLS certification
