Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at IEC Engineering & Construction, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management with a focus on quality control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality control plans and policies to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct daily site visits to monitor construction progress and identify potential quality control issues.
  • Coordinate quality control inspections with client representatives and ensure timely completion of reports.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of quality control data and metrics.
  • Collaborate with project managers and superintendents to develop and implement quality control plans and procedures.
  • Assist in the development of project-specific quality control plans and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure compliance with quality control requirements.
  • Develop and maintain as-built drawings and ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in multi-trade construction with a focus on quality control.
  • USACE CQM for Contractors certification.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Federal construction experience preferred.
  • CADD experience preferred.
  • Detail-oriented and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to access US Military installations.
