This role involves working remotely or in a hybrid capacity, supporting documentation and knowledge management efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Documentation Management: Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ascertain documentation needs and ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Knowledge Management: Develop and maintain a knowledge management system that organizes and stores information for easy access.
  • Internal Documentation Library: Create and sustain a library that provides employees with essential resources and training materials.
  • External Documentation Library: Manage the creation of user guides and training resources for customers and partners.
  • Project Management: Oversee documentation projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality deliverables.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct audits of documentation to ensure compliance with military standards and accuracy.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 10 years of relevant experience
  • In-depth understanding of Military Health System (MHS) programs.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills.
  • Familiarity with military documentation standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
  • Knowledge of Federal and DoD regulations.
