Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Sales Support: Provide expert technical support to our Aftermarket Outside Sales team, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and resources to effectively engage with customers.
  • Proposal and Project Management: Responsible for the timely and accurate preparation of project or repair proposals, working closely with customers to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with customers and vendors to drive growth and revenue.
  • Project Coordination: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring seamless coordination with sales staff, service technicians, and vendors to deliver high-quality results.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise in selecting equipment and solutions to meet customer needs, leveraging your knowledge of pumping systems, plumbing equipment, electric motors, VFDs, control components, and instrumentation.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to drive business success.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering, or related discipline from an accredited university or college.
  • Experience: 1-5 years of experience in an application sales engineering role, with a proven track record of driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Skills: Strong technical knowledge, excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a self-starter mentality.
