What We Seek:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a high-volume dining or bar environment.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Aloha, Excel, and Word, with the ability to learn proprietary accounting software.
  • A commitment to a schedule that aligns with operational objectives.
  • Physical capability to stand and move quickly for extended periods, up to six hours.
  • Ability to maintain balance, bend, kneel, and lift items weighing 25-50 pounds regularly.
