About the Job:

We're seeking an experienced Retail Leadership Professional to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager. In this role, you'll be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team, driving visual merchandising excellence, and overseeing store operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and training to enhance skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive visual merchandising excellence and achieve business objectives
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform business decisions and optimize store performance
- Oversee store operations, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks and activities

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a retail leadership role
- Proven track record of success in customer experience, leadership, merchandising, and operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
