Marine Layer PBC is a national apparel brand that designs and manufactures its own line of casual apparel. We have 34 stores across the country and a robust ecommerce and catalog business. Our success has been built on a small, passionate team that works hard, has a lot of fun, and passionately believes in what we are building. We are looking for someone who shares our values and is excited about joining our team as an Assistant Store Manager.
About the Job
In this role, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with our store management team to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, drive sales growth, and enhance the overall shopping experience. You will also be responsible for managing inventory, maintaining visual standards, and ensuring operational excellence.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in retail leadership, with a proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing high-performing teams. You should be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you should have a keen eye for merchandising and visual standards, and be able to lead by example in terms of our company culture and values. Estimated salary: $60,250.
