Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our team at Central Point Partners. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in banking and financial regulations to drive compliance and risk management initiatives.

About the Role:

This role requires a deep understanding of regulatory requirements, including FDIC, BBB, and Reg E guidelines. You will be responsible for investigating complaints, reviewing policies and procedures, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate complaints and conduct thorough root cause analysis
  • Develop and implement effective complaint handling processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Marketing, Product, MS, Legal, and Compliance teams
  • Evaluate current regulations, standards, and guidance impacting Credit Karma
  • Analyze data and generate reports on complaint trends and risks

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in banking and financial regulations, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
