Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead specific technical design aspects on major projects, encompassing investigation, evaluation, and recommendation of design solutions that align with client needs.
  • Independently work on advanced architectural concepts and demonstrate proficiency in leading smaller projects while collaborating effectively under the guidance of a project manager or principal for large-scale endeavors.
  • Manage and coordinate consultants to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and graphically, conveying design ideas and technical information clearly.
  • Maintain exceptional organizational skills and self-motivation to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced architects and architectural staff.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of building codes and regulations.
  • Demonstrate creative problem-solving abilities and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficiently produce construction documents using Revit.
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite, Newforma, Bluebeam, and Procore is highly desirable.
