Job Title: Real Estate Transactions Specialist

Stoel Rives LLP is seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Transactions Specialist to join our team in Boise, Portland, or San Diego office. As a key member of our professional client teams, you will assist attorneys in delivering transactional legal services to our clients with sophisticated real estate needs.

As a Real Estate Transactions Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Technical Information & Research:

Extensive knowledge of real estate transactions, escrows, and closings, including title documents, title insurance forms, and survey review. You will analyze vesting, legal descriptions, and exception documents to determine their impact on subject properties and identify curative solutions.

Client Services:

Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, title insurance companies, closing agents, government agencies, and other outside vendors. You will work closely with attorneys to deliver exceptional client service and ensure timely completion of transactions.

Administrative Duties:

Perform administrative responsibilities assigned by the practice area or department chair, including disseminating changes in codes, statutes, regulations, and procedures to others in the firm. You will maintain current files of forms used in the assigned practice area and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
  • High school degree or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • At least 3-5 years' relevant experience
  • Extensive knowledge of real estate transactions, escrows, and closings
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

We offer a competitive salary range of $61,000 - $111,000, depending on skills and experience. Our total rewards program includes an annual discretionary bonus and rich benefits offerings, including paid family & medical leave, competitive PTO, and remote work options. We also provide a generous firm-contributed health savings account, a pre-tax transportation/parking plan, and an annual contribution into the employee's retirement plan.
