Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit compliant responses to RFQs and ITBs within specified deadlines
  • Assist with qualification and information requests, including company details, proposal forms, resumes, or project data.
  • Support the unsolicited proposal process, including document preparation and submission into the contract management system
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to confirm customer requirements with technical experts
  • Enter opportunities into the contract management system promptly upon receipt of request
  • Coordinate resource availability with the Proposal Team Manager and track assignments using proposal tools
  • Facilitate access to proposal areas, collaboration tools, and content libraries
  • Maintain a database of customer portal log-in information and proposal tracking resources
  • Assist in the upkeep of core proposal resources
Essential Skills, Qualifications, and Competencies:
  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
  • Proficient in MS Office suite, Adobe Professional, and familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and effective time management
  • Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
  • Understanding of industry proposal best practices in government contracting (e.g., Shipley or APMP)
  • Knowledge of the government acquisition process and related regulations
  • Familiarity with proposal automation software such as Responsive (formerly RFPIO)
  • Ability to work independently and effectively
