Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manufacturing Operations: Oversee the production process, ensuring that products meet quality and delivery standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of production staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the resources and training needed to succeed.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that products meet quality standards, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, ensuring that stock is properly managed and that materials are available when needed.
  • Cost Control: Analyze and manage costs, identifying areas for reduction and implementing cost-saving measures.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports to management on production metrics, including quality, delivery, and cost.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in manufacturing, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to analyze data and make informed decisions, experience with lean manufacturing and process improvement.

  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 35 pounds, and work in a variety of conditions, including noise, dust, and temperature variations.
