Responsibilities of a Store Manager:
  • Oversee the daily operations of a single store.
  • Manage hiring, training, and directing associates to meet financial objectives while ensuring outstanding customer service.
  • Take charge of making your store thrive.
  • Receive over 8 weeks of extensive store leadership training to equip you for success.

Responsibilities of an Assistant Manager:
  • Assist in managing the operations of a single store.
  • Support in hiring, training, and directing associates to achieve financial targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Play a vital role in the success of your store.
  • Benefit from a training program lasting 3 weeks to prepare you for your role.

Eligibility requirements must be met and maintained for each benefit.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma is mandatory.
  • Willingness to work in stores within a 50-mile radius.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
  • Food Safety certification is required.

Work Environment Considerations:
  • Work areas may be hot due to steam and food vapors.
  • Employees are expected to remain standing for extended periods.
  • Preparation of hot and cold foods, as well as the use of kitchen equipment, is necessary.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and reach across counters is required.
  • Fast-paced work environment with high noise levels and limited storage space.
  • Effective communication skills and adaptability to changing priorities are essential.
