Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities as a Sales Agent will include:
- Developing and maintaining a strong local network and in-person relationships with clients and prospects.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure you remain knowledgeable about insurance products and services.
- Executing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting sales activity and performance.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
- A state insurance license or willingness to obtain one with training and support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- The ability to learn and adapt quickly to new situations and challenges.
