Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities as a Sales Agent will include:

  • Developing and maintaining a strong local network and in-person relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure you remain knowledgeable about insurance products and services.
  • Executing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting sales activity and performance.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • A state insurance license or willingness to obtain one with training and support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • The ability to learn and adapt quickly to new situations and challenges.
