Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator specializing in the Life Sciences sector to support our project management team. This role is integral to the successful execution of construction projects focused on tenant improvements within the life sciences domain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and successful completion of construction projects.
  • Ensure timely and accurate management of all project documentation, including pre-construction assessments and site logistics plans.
  • Engage in internal discussions regarding project scope and lead weekly coordination meetings.
  • Monitor compliance with contract terms and manage the submission of documents for timely review and approval.
  • Coordinate project schedules for various trades to ensure smooth information flow and adherence to contractual obligations.
  • Distribute essential project documents, including construction drawings and timelines, to subcontractors and site personnel.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on tenant improvement projects.
  • Preferred experience in constructing laboratories and clean rooms.
