About the Job:

The Haitian Centers Council Inc is hiring a HIV Case Manager Lead to oversee our HIV case management program. As a HIV Case Manager Lead, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to a team of HIV case managers, ensuring that clients receive high-quality care and support.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and direction to a team of HIV case managers.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for HIV case management services.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of HIV services.
  • Ensure that all HIV case management services meet quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Social Work or a related field required.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in HIV case management or a related field.
  • Certified in HIV case management preferred.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of $70,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience, and a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
