Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver / Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a Caregiver / Direct Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, mental illness, and behavioral challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to individuals with varying levels of ability, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist individuals with developmental goals, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
  • Support individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, families, and community resources.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • No high school diploma required.
  • No experience required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable and responsible.
