Patient Care Technician

We are seeking a Patient Care Technician who is passionate about delivering exceptional care to our patients with end-stage renal disease. As a PCT, you will be part of a holistic team of care professionals, including nurses, dietitians, and social workers, to provide comprehensive care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct Patient Care: Spend the majority of your day in direct one-on-one patient care to provide safe, comfortable, and hygienic dialysis.
- Patient Education: Educate patients on kidney dialysis-related topics and build long-term relationships with them.
- Team Collaboration: Work under the supervision of a RN and collaborate with a cross-functional team of clinicians to provide high-quality care.
