The Breeden Company, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Construction Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day coordination and management of punchout lists and items on our multi-family construction projects.

As a key representative of the company, this individual will be responsible for maintaining jobsite safety and security measures, communicating with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers, and ensuring that punchout lists are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

This role requires a minimum of 3+ years of experience in multi-family field management, with a strong understanding of OSHA requirements and excellent problem-solving skills.

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of multi-family field management experience
  • Ability to read, analyze, and understand direction
  • Experience organizing assigned duties
  • Knowledge of OSHA requirements
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
