Job Title: Roadway Management Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated Roadway Management Technician to join our team in Richmond, VA.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe traffic movement around construction sites, adhering to Department of Transportation regulations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain safe traffic control measures, including flagging and signage.
  • Coordinate with construction teams to ensure efficient workflow and minimize disruptions.
  • Monitor and report any potential hazards or issues to supervisors.
  • Participate in regular training and certification programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid Driver's License necessary.
  • At least 18 years old.
  • Traffic Control Certification preferred but not mandatory.

  • A competitive salary range of $16.00 - $20.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
