The Role

We are seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team and deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest receives a personalized and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with guests to understand their needs and preferences, using our selling vision to effectively promote FAO Schwarz products.
  • Build authentic relationships with guests, handling multiple interactions simultaneously, and demonstrating a deep understanding of our products and services.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of store layout and local area to provide accurate information and support to guests.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to policies and procedures.
  • Support with stock refilling and other product tasks as needed, demonstrating a basic understanding of merchandising principles.
Requirements
  • 1+ year experience in a fast-paced premium retail or experience-based environment preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, and bend, twist, and stand for long periods of time.
  • A passion for the FAO Schwarz brand and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible availability to work across days, evenings, and weekends.
