- Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing store environment, adhering to company standards.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit transactions.
- Engage customers in our Rewards program and educate them on Voice of Customer surveys.
- Support merchandise recovery and maintenance, ensuring stock levels are accurate and products are displayed effectively.
- Participate in truck unloading and stocking processes, adhering to company standards and budget.
- Support shrink and safety programs, promoting a safe and secure work environment.
- Assist with Omni-channel processes, ensuring seamless customer experiences across all channels.
- Previous retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
