Responsibilities

The Clinic Director for Team Rehabilitation is a unique opportunity for a Physical Therapist to have ownership in a clinic while benefiting from the support of a company. This leadership role's primary responsibilities include developing and growing an outpatient physical therapy clinic, providing exceptional patient care, and exceeding industry standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive clinic growth and success
  • Providing input on clinic setup, including medical director, location, and layout
  • Selecting and ordering clinic equipment to meet patient population and specialty needs
  • Ensuring quality of care, taking a patient-centered approach to meet individual patient goals and objectives
  • Hiring and managing staff to ensure optimal clinic operations
  • Supporting marketing initiatives and maintaining relationships with key physicians to promote Team Rehabilitation's commitment to care and increase patient referrals
  • Managing clinic finances, including budgeting, productivity, and compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations
  • Collaborating with Revenue Cycle Management to ensure accurate billing and reimbursement
  • Monitoring key performance indicators to maximize clinic performance and profitability
Qualifications

We seek a dedicated and passionate Physical Therapist with:

  • Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
  • 5+ years of proven experience in physical therapy, with a track record of exceptional patient care
  • Dedication to education and training, with a desire to continue growing as a Physical Therapist
