Responsibilities

The Clinic Director for Team Rehabilitation is a unique opportunity for a Physical Therapist to have ownership in a clinic while benefiting from the support of a company. This leadership role's primary responsibilities include developing and growing an outpatient physical therapy clinic, providing exceptional physical therapy with measurable outcomes, and exceeding industry standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategic plans for clinic growth and development
  • Selecting and ordering clinic equipment, considering patient population and specialties
  • Ensuring quality of care, taking a patient-centered approach to meet individual patient goals and objectives
  • Hiring and managing staff, including Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech Therapists
  • Supporting marketing initiatives and maintaining relationships with medical directors and key physicians
  • Managing clinic finances, including budgeting, productivity, and compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations
  • Collaborating with Revenue Cycle Management to ensure accurate billing and reimbursement
  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to maximize clinic performance and profitability
Qualifications

We seek a dedicated and passionate Physical Therapist with:

  • Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
  • 5+ years of proven experience in outpatient physical therapy, with a track record of exceptional patient care
  • Dedication to education and training, with a desire to continue growing as a Physical Therapist
