- Meet sales goals through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Guide new customers through rental processes and agreements, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Maintain facilities, including sweeping, mopping, changing light bulbs, and performing other tasks as needed.
- Work independently on daily tasks, as well as cooperate with team members to achieve common goals.
- May be required to run errands for the facility and travel to other store locations, as needed.
- 1+ year of customer-facing employment experience, with a strong track record of providing excellent customer service.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
- Current, valid driver's license with access to a reliable personal vehicle (except in NYC).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent, with a strong focus on customer service and sales.
