About the Role
">Omnicell, a pioneering force in healthcare technology, seeks an experienced Field Service Engineer II to join our team. As a critical member of our Field Services Engineering department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the optimal functioning of our pharmacy and supply automation solutions at customer sites.
">Your Key Responsibilities

- Independently perform onsite troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and emergency maintenance of Omnicell's electro-mechanical and automation solutions.">
- Regularly communicate with director-level nursing and pharmacy staff and tackle problems of advanced scope.">
- Provide coaching and mentoring as needed.">
- Thoroughly document all service events according to Omnicell's policies and procedures.">
Your Qualifications
">To be successful in this role, you will require:
">- ">
- A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Technology or a related discipline AND one year of relevant experience; OR Associate's Degree/Trade School Certification/Military Training in an Engineering/Technology related discipline, AND four years of relevant experience; OR seven years equivalent experience troubleshooting and repairing electronic, mechanical, or computer devices.">
- Coursework in Network Engineering, Robotics, or Electronics.">
- Experience working in a hospital environment.">
- Knowledge of FDA regulations for medical devices and Quality Management Systems.">
