Pharmacy Customer Service Representative

The Role
We're seeking a highly motivated Pharmacy Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our RightwayRx Operations team, you'll play a critical role in simplifying the healthcare experience for employers and members. Your expertise will help us design, build, and operate a new-to-the-world Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) model that's fair, transparent, and empowering for consumers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle calls and correspondence regarding pharmacy benefit inquiries from providers and members
- Effectively communicate issues and resolutions to members and providers
- Document calls within a call tracking system using established protocols
- Assist network pharmacies in processing prescription claims
- Serve as a customer advocate in problem resolution and follow through
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- Active/Current National Pharmacy Technician Certification
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a health plan, TPA, or PBM contact center
