Hospice Care Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Hospice Care Specialist to join our team at Queen City Hospice, an Addus family company. As a Hospice Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients and their families in their homes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide personal care needs to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Assist with meal preparation and feeding patients as needed
* Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the Case Manager
* Provide respite care for patients and their families as needed
Requirements:
* Must be at least 16 years old and certified as a nurse aide
* Must maintain a current CPR certification and be listed on the state aide registry
* Must understand hospice philosophy and be comfortable providing specialized care to the terminally ill
