About the Role

Ennoble Care is seeking an experienced PRN Hospice Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality care to homebound patients in the Camden, NJ region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Examine patients and assess their health
  • Develop and implement effective care plans
  • Communicate with office staff and clinical operations
  • Provide patient-centered care to a panel of patients
  • Attend quarterly medical staff meetings

Requirements:

  • Board Certified NP certification in the state of New Jersey
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to problem-solve
  • Positive demeanor and strong people skills
  • Ability to work independently and confidently
