Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Parts Specialist to join our team at Holiday World RV. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for purchasing, selling, storing, and issuing parts to internal, wholesale, and retail clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Part Identification and Fulfillment
    • Determine customer needs and specify parts accurately
    • Issue and bill out stock and special order parts to technicians
  • Inventory Management
    • Record warranty parts returned
    • Conduct special order parts tracking
  • Financial Transactions
    • Process and close open invoices
    • Verify quality and quantity of merchandise received
  • Warehouse Operations
    • Perform ongoing inventories in the warehouse
    • Keep records of outside purchases, parts received, and issued
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of dealership warehouse experience and/or training
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and move more than 100 pounds
