About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Manager to lead our compensation strategies and programs. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our competitive compensation packages to attract, retain, and reward top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compensation Strategy Development: Design and implement compensation programs that align with industry trends and our organization's vision.
  • Market Analysis and Benchmarking: Conduct thorough market analysis and benchmark studies to refine our compensation packages and make recommendations for adjustments.
  • Policy Interpretation and Compliance: Guide leaders on pay decisions, policy interpretation, and job evaluations, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Partner with leadership to ensure seamless integration and harmonization of compensation programs during mergers and acquisitions.
  • Process Improvement: Enhance operations with your expertise in compensation systems and technology, implementing solutions that streamline processes and elevate data accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in human resources or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in compensation management or related roles, with proven experience in designing and implementing compensation programs and strategies.
  • Skills: Expertise in compensation principles, market analysis, and job evaluation methodologies, as well as exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
