Compensation Strategy and Rewards Manager

Job Summary
We seek a highly skilled Compensation Strategy and Rewards Manager to join our Total Rewards Team. This key role will design, implement, and administer our compensation plans, programs, and policies, ensuring alignment with best practices and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct job market pricing and analysis to inform compensation decisions
- Lead the annual compensation process, including merit increases and bonus awards
- Manage initiatives for the Compensation function, ensuring successful implementation and effective communication
- Collaborate with the Director, Total Rewards, to develop and implement compensation and recognition strategies
- Provide compensation guidance and analytical support to all levels of the organization
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field of study from an accredited college or university
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in employee compensation programs, with a focus on analysis, design, and administration
- Experience managing large datasets and using data aggregators, such as MarketPay or PayScale
- Experience in conducting market analysis, preferably using Mercer and/or Wills Towers Watson surveys
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- A strong understanding of compensation best practices and regulatory requirements
