Job Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Staff Machine Learning Engineer. As a key member of our team, you will drive the vision and execution of our Marketing Experimentation and Optimization Platform. You will be responsible for building scalable Machine Learning data products for experimentation and optimization, including experiment design, statistical and ML models for measurement, optimization, and personalization.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive the vision and execution of our Marketing Experimentation and Optimization Platform
- Build scalable Machine Learning data products for experimentation and optimization
- Design and engineer efficient and resilient ML platforms and software products that run at scale
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to build and refine the platform

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or related quantitative field
- 5-8+ years of experience in full-stack software development, machine learning, data science, or quantitative insights
- Strong programming skills in Python, Spark
- Proficiency in full-stack software development using React, custom visualization using D3
- Expertise in Machine Learning Algorithms and Techniques: Comprehensive understanding of diverse machine learning algorithms, spanning supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning, and ensemble techniques
