About the Role

We are looking for a skilled professional with a strong background in set-up and operation of CNC Turning, Multi-Axis lathes, and other Turning equipment.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a machine shop or CNC machining environment, with a focus on producing high-precision component parts that meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate CNC Lathes (2-axis and multi-axis) (e.g. Eurotech, Hardinge, etc.)
  • Work with blueprints, operation sheets, and other work instructions to complete machining operations
  • Perform complex set-ups of own work or for others
  • Maintain machinery, perform routine maintenance, and keep work areas clean and organized
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent; technical school training a plus
  • At least 3 years of set-up experience; experience with aerospace products and/or close tolerance parts a plus
  • Familiarity with Fanuc and/or Okuma Controls
  • Ability to read and write comments, understand operation sheets/blueprints, specifications, and company paperwork
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year
