We're seeking a passionate and outgoing individual to join our team as a Brand Ambassador for Heritage Kulfi. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for executing engaging in-store demos, engaging with consumers, and taking accurate shelf photos of our premium South Asian-inspired ice cream products.

Responsibilities include:

  • Executing engaging in-store demos at retailers like Town & Country and PCC
  • Engaging with consumers effectively, helping them explore the world through our unique flavors
  • Taking accurate shelf photos of each item, including their signage, pricing, and surrounding items
  • Maintaining a demo table and samples in good order, adhering to setup procedures that showcase our premium ingredients
  • Maintaining on-shelf inventory in good order throughout demos
  • Merchandising product on shelf and seeking incremental off-shelf placement opportunities to grow the Heritage Kulfi brand within accounts
  • Performing against key program KPIs, including but not limited to sales goals, conversion rates, and new consumer engagement
  • Creating and submitting high-quality, detailed recaps within 1-2 days following an event. Recaps to include precise counts of consumers sampled and % new consumers, number of units sold, and photos of the shelf set
  • Providing feedback and insight on new products and/or services, helping us honor ingredients and traditions in fresh new ways

Founded in 2021 in Princeton, New Jersey, Heritage Kulfi makes premium ice cream with South Asian flavors. Using traditional recipes and cooking methods along with the highest quality ingredients, Heritage Kulfi's product line includes:

Requirements:

  • Passion for food, particularly desserts and innovative flavors
  • Outgoing, personable, and friendly personality
  • Previous brand ambassador/event staffing experience, preferably in the CPG food industry
  • Independent and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel throughout the greater Seattle area and work weekends
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle to transport demo equipment
  • Ability to consistently lift lbs, unaided
  • Ability to reach overhead, bend down, and continually able to walk up and down a staircase carrying boxes, products, and other necessary items

Benefits:

  • $25 per hour + Mileage Reimbursement & Performance Bonus Opportunities
  • 2-4 demos per weekend, 8-16 hours per week
  • Shifts typically run on weekends from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm or 2:30 pm - 6:30 pm
