Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Real Estate Portfolio Manager to join our Workplace Experience team at Snap Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our global real estate portfolio, including transaction management, lease administration, and strategic planning. This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage internal Snap portfolio management team, including in-house transaction managers and 3rd party brokerage services team
  • Lead Snap's global real estate strategy in coordination with our internal occupancy planning team
  • Develop a thoughtful real estate leasing strategy that balances short-term and long-term business needs
  • Comprehensive workplace, lease, and space planning strategy based on short and long-term business needs
  • Manage critical dates reports, working closely with accounting, finance, and legal to accurately forecast activity and document all real estate transactions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, facility/property management, real estate, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience running distributed real estate portfolios, including corporate campus or relevant field
  • 10+ years of experience leading and/or growing a team
Preferred Qualifications
  • Commercial Real Estate License, Real Estate Appraiser License, LEED Accreditation, or relevant Master's Degree
