Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Departmental Management: Develop and implement effective departmental policies and procedures to ensure efficient and productive operations.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Create and implement a preventive maintenance program to maintain the overall cleanliness and appearance of our facilities.
  • Employee Management: In conjunction with the Management team, ensure accurate employee records, including attendance and disciplinary action.
  • Training and Development: Research and recommend training opportunities for department staff, and arrange annual training programs.
  • Communication: Communicate departmental event charges to Event Management in a timely manner.
  • Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by the Management team.
Requirements
  • Education: Minimum high school diploma, some college coursework desired.
  • Experience: Minimum of five years' knowledge of general cleaning and techniques, with a minimum of three years' experience in a supervisory role.
  • Skills: Ability to undertake and complete multiple tasks, demonstrated problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, and excellent organizational and planning skills.
