Job Title: HVAC Sales Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced HVAC sales professional to join our team at Air Pro Heating & Cooling. As a sales professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing work plans to strategically target potential clients and increase market share.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Utilize sales techniques such as consultative selling to promote HVAC solutions.
• Research and develop sales leads, and maintain an up-to-date customer database.
• Generate and present detailed sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in sales or customer service in the HVAC/construction industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Working knowledge of HVAC/construction industry terminology, processes, and products.
