The Global Trade Compliance team at Randstad is responsible for ensuring companies' compliance with global Customs authorities and facilitating compliance in all day-to-day activities undertaken by the Company.

The Trade Compliance Analyst will be responsible for supporting daily operational activities, including import and export classification, Sanctions screening, Partner Government Agency (PGA) research, and recordkeeping.

This role will involve working closely with customs brokers to ensure timely clearance and supporting the classification, approval, and management of miscellaneous exports.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for performing daily Sanctioned Party List (SPL) screening and supporting recordkeeping and record management procedures.

Additionally, this role will involve working with engineers, external suppliers, and stakeholders to gather data and supporting cross-functional project work relating to Trade Compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support classifying company products with the Harmonized Tariff Schedule, Export Commodity Control Numbers, and applicable Partner Government Agencies.
  • Assist in daily trade compliance operations for US import and export transactions.
  • Support in the classification, approval, and management of miscellaneous exports.
  • Perform daily Sanctioned Party List (SPL) screening.
  • Support with recordkeeping and record management procedures.
  • Support with part and product research.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in Trade Compliance.
  • Knowledge of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule, Imports, and Trade Compliance.
  • Experience with SAP.
