Position Summary

The Senior Safety Field Consultant is responsible for identifying, preventing, and mitigating safety hazards. This role provides expert guidance on field assessments and offers consultation on the development of corrective measures. The consultant collaborates with various business units to address safety concerns, communicates safety trends, and suggests necessary actions. This position serves as a vital resource for the creation, execution, and ongoing success of the organization’s safety initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and assess job profile responsibilities in alignment with archived Career Tracks.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Five years of relevant experience in safety management.
  • Ability to obtain initial level Safety professional certification (e.g., ASP, CHST, CUSP, OHST) within one year of employment.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Health and Safety or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Advanced Safety professional certification (e.g., CIH, CSP, CHMM).
