Job Summary

The PT Cashier role at The GIANT Company is a dynamic opportunity to join our team and contribute to our mission of building strong families and healthy communities. As a PT Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
* Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and sweeping floors
* Participate in visual merchandising and store displays
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements

* Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
* Must be able to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations
* Must meet the ergonomic and physical requirements for this position
* Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools used to perform this job

Working Conditions

* Shift hours: minimum 4-hour shifts or more depending upon business needs
* Job cycles: continual max
* Lift/carry: 50 lbs.
* Stand 55%, sit 0%, walk 45%
